Licensed Massage Therapist
Lani Lumbab is a licensed massage therapist who joined the Happy Family Chiropractic team to help Juneau athletes, hikers, and active families recover and feel their best. Her style is firm, focused, and tuned to the way real bodies move in real life.
Lani draws from sports massage, deep tissue, and myofascial techniques to address the patterns of tension she sees most often in Southeast Alaska — fishermen, runners, parents carrying small kids, and anyone bracing through a long winter.
She partners with Dr. Derek and Cassandra to provide a coordinated approach to musculoskeletal care, and reviews articles related to sports and recovery massage on this site.
