Our Story
Happy Family Chiropractic started with a simple idea: Juneau deserves a clinic that treats the whole person, not just the symptom. Dr. Derek Larsen fell in love with Southeast Alaska while working as a fishing guide during college summers. After graduating from Life Chiropractic College West, he returned to open a practice built around the belief that great care should feel personal, accessible, and results-driven.
Since then, the team has grown. Dr. Birger Baastrup brings years of experience in structural and neurological chiropractic techniques. Lani Lumbab and Cassandra Dunn round out the team with specialized massage therapy and bodywork modalities that complement chiropractic care. Together, the team provides a well-rounded approach to musculoskeletal health for patients of all ages.
Our clinic is located in the heart of Juneau and serves patients from across the borough, including families, athletes, veterans, pregnant mothers, and children. We accept select insurance plans and offer flexible scheduling through our online booking system.
