Teres Minor Exercise

Step 1: Pin your upper arm against your side. This serves as your base position.

Step 2: Externally rotate your arm against a force. This targets your teres minor, a key rotator cuff muscle.

Equipment: Use a resistance band standing up, or a small weight while laying on your side.

Remember:

  • Always start with light resistance and gradually increase as strength improves.
  • Keep your upper arm firmly pinned to your side during rotation.
